Meditation – Day 27

Chakra Mist! I must say that my session today wasn’t very good. Basically, I couldn’t concentrate on the guided meditation.

I did the meditation Chakra Mist from the app Let’s Meditate but my head wasn’t on it and so I didn’t make the most out of it.

From what I managed to hear I believe it is a good meditation so I intend to do it again, very soon.

According to the app, this meditation is a healing journey with chakra colors. It seemed very interesting and that’s why I chose it but it wasn’t meant to be 🙂

I had to attend a webinar afterwards and I had just talked to a friend through Messenger so my mind wasn’t focused on today’s practice.

However, I am glad I did it. Even if we don’t feel like it we should persevere and do what we have set up to do. The fact that I did it made me feel good. If I had not done it I would feel terrible and disappointed with myself.

So, even if you don’t feel like it just do it. That will help you learn how to deal with setbacks and to gain the habit and turn it into a routine.

One day at a time!
