Meditation – Day 30
Finally! I did it! 30 days of meditation. Yeah!!!
Unfortunately it took me a little longer than 30 days, which means I didn’t meditate 30 days straight 🙁
However, for the first 16 days I did and the rest just took a little while longer 🙂
I have decided not to be hard on myself but to do better next time and to keep meditating daily.
Regarding the benefits of meditation. So far I have experienced the following:
- Being able to relax more quickly even when I get agitated for some reason;
- I am sleeping better;
- I am able to focus on the task at hand;
- I laugh at things that used to get me mad 🙂
These are all good reasons to keep doing my daily meditation practice, fight for a better life and to make my dreams come true.
I have felt some difficulties to finish the 30 days challenge and I have moved past them by:
- Being persistent;
- Persevering despite difficulties;
- Making myself accountable to you, the reader.
Our mind is our worst enemy when it comes to changing our habits and daily routine. It comes up with a lot of excuses of why everything should stay the same.
So, you have to find something you’re passionate about to move past your mind’s objections and move on towards your goals.
Thank you for being there,
