Meditation – Day 25

So, I reached Day 7 of the Foundation Course from the app Aware and I am sad to say that they don’t allow me to continue if I don’t upgrade to a paid version 🙁

I had hoped I could at least do the 21 days of this course.

However, I liked what I did so far and like I said yesterday (Day 24) they offer other free stuff we can use daily.

It’s been 25 days of meditation sessions, there are only 5 more days to go in this challenge and I must say this is being a wonderful experience so far. As well as a very demanding one.

We are always so busy with our daily routine that anything out of the ordinary becomes a difficult obstacle to overcome like 10 minutes of daily meditation.

When I say it like this it seems so simple, after all what are 10 minutes on a 1440 minutes day?

0,7% of our day!


How can it be so little? And at the same time be such a difficult thing to do?

I know we are all busy people, but is it really impossible to do this?

Maybe we just have to become more proactive by scheduling it in our busy day or go to bed 10 minutes later. Maybe we can do it first thing in the morning or at lunch.


It is up to each one of us to try it out and see what best suits us, because we are all different and live different lives.

Do you think that maybe, just maybe, it is possible?

I think so, but we have to really, really, really want it…
