Meditation – Day 28
My last 3 days of the challenge have been the hardest ones to do!

Today, I decided to do a guided meditation. It seems that after all these days the session feels more natural but I haven’t been able to create the habit, yet!
I still have to think about it and force myself to do it.
Since there is a general idea about a new habit being formed after only 21 days I decided to look into it. I found out an article from Huffington Post, backed up by science, saying that it takes 66 days to form a new habit.
So, I think that means I will try to stop being so hard on myself since there is still a long way to go. I just have to stick with it and one day it will become part of my routine and I will do it naturally.
I am hard on myself when I fail but I have recently learned that if I try and fail it is better than not trying at all.
That’s why I have decided to do something productive every day towards my goal. Even if it is only a small step.
When we move forward 1% every day after 365 days we have moved forward 365%. WOW!
